Davis Inspection Services ltd. is seeking a full time Plumbing and Gas Safety Codes Officer. The SCO will perform sine inspections on plumbing, gas, and private sewage systems on residential, commercial, and industrial installations as well as review related construction documents when required. The SCO will perform there duties to ensure conformance to the Safety Codes Act and applicable regulations.

The individual selected must have excellent oral and written communication skills, and must be able to interpret and apply the applicable codes and regulations in a professional, tactful and impartial manner.

The person selected must possess a Safety Codes Council certificate of competency in the plumbing discipline (levels 1 and 2) and gas discipline (level 1) as well as experience in PSDS installations.
